our mission.
educate.
One of the key the pillars of moobs is to provide the education that men need following their diagnosis.
Our aim is to be a crucial resource for males with breast cancer, providing information about their diagnosis directly to those that require it.
support.
Like any cancer diagnosis, support is key for those navigating their way through the disease. Be it speaking to those who have gone through treatment and what to expect to connecting those at the same stage in their own journeys - we want to reduce the isolation that comes with cancer.
We provide a a safe space, offering monthly zoom support groups to bring those suffering from male breast cancer together so they are not alone.
change.
Whilst support and education are key, our main mission is to raise awareness of male breast cancer and challenge the language currently used by both mainstream media and existing charities around the disease.
Only through these changes can we change the perception of male breast cancer and help men recognise the symptoms of the disease - giving them the best chance of survival.
